Water, A Foundation for Good Health Must Be pH Balanced!

Water is a confusing topic. Questions we ask are. How much water to drink?  Do we really need 8 glasses a day?  What is the difference between spring water and tap water? Most spring water is alkaline, but sadly it can contain pesticide residues and other contaminants. Why drink the right kind of water? How to clean up our tap water, see  *water revitilizer.

Alkaline, water is recommended what does that mean?  Most water is acidic, which will actually increase our risk of osteoporosis. How does this happen?  Most foods we eat are acidic. Eating acidic foods is bad for the body just as acidic rain is for the environment.

How much wheat, *sugar, corn and eggs do you eat? To compensate for this over load your body has to try hard to neutralize this acidity by using alkaline minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium.  Where will such minerals come from if not in the water you drink?

Yes, from our bones. It does this by leaching those minerals and taking what it needs to get a balance of* pH. Many degenerative illnesses are preventable, by drinking *mineralized water. *Minerals available for reverse osmosis systems and in consentrated drop form.

Why do I have to check the color of my urine? What does that tell me?

You are not hungry, you are thirsty! 70% of people are chronically dehydrated and confuse it with hunger.

Dehydration is a major cause of headaches, irritability, fatigue, muscle cramps, wrinkles and depression. So stay hydrated.

These and other questions will be answered in, “Dawn’s Beginnings”, an informative Whole-istic Health Course. Incorporated with my treatments.
